What is Tidio?
Tidio is a chatbot platform that allows you to create and manage chatbots on your website. We use it on our website to allow users to chat with our chatbot and mental health support.

Download the App
It is recommended to use the web app on a computer when you are chatting.
However, it is useful to have the app on your phone to get notifications when you have a new message.

Because we are limited to only 4 accounts, we have created 2 shared email accounts for the chatbot.
