Notifications

Overview

IMPORTANT: You must enable notifications to get alerts when you have a new message.

IMPORTANT: You must update your status to 'Online' to receive notifications.

By default, you will receive notifications when there is a new visitor on the website and your status is 'Online'.

You do not need to respond to the new visitor notifications, as the chatbot will automatically respond to the new visitor, ask them their name, and guide them to make sure they are looking for mental health support.

If and when that happens, you will receive a notification.

But you can change this to only receive notifications when you have a new message and the user has indicated they are looking to keep texting. Learn more about customizing your notifications here.
