Meetings
Overview
Website visitors can request a meeting with you and schedule it right from the chatbot and website.

If they select Schedule a Meeting, they will be able to see your availability and select a time that works for them.

Then the user will be able to select a time that works for them and the meeting will be added to the HMH Mental Health Support calendar. They can choose between a video call or a phone call.

Once the user submits the form, the meeting will be added to the calendar.

Then there will be a confirmation email sent to the user with the meeting details.
