Overview
To join a meeting properly and avoid any issues, you will need to become the host of the meeting.
First make sure you have linked to the hmh mental health support calendar.
Once your calendar is linked, you will be able to see all upcoming meetings that HMH Mental Health Support has scheduled.
This can be done with either your personal email or the email used to login to your tidio account. The emails used with the tidio account are ready to use and will not require you to link the calendar.
Add Yourself as a Guest to the Meeting
If you are scheduled for office hours during the time of the meeting and are going to host the meeting, you will need to edit the meeting for you to join it.
Once you have edited the meeting and made yourself a guest, then you should receive all the necessary information and notifications to join the meeting and run it properly.
- If the meeting is a phone call, you will need to call the number provided in the meeting details.
- If the meeting is a video call, you will need to click the link provided in the meeting details.
Note about Phone Calls:
If you do not wish to use your phone number to call the person, you can download the free app Google Voice (opens in a new tab) and use that to call the person.
